Typical Bookkeeping Pricing

Most clients invest between $500–$750 per month for ongoing bookkeeping services, depending on transaction volume, number of accounts, and complexity.

Services typically start around $350 per month for very small businesses.

If books are behind or disorganized, catch-up or cleanup work may be recommended before ongoing monthly services begin.

How the Process Works

1. Submit a short inquiry form
Start by completing the brief inquiry form so I can understand your business, bookkeeping needs, and current setup.

2. Initial consultation
If it looks like we may be a good fit, we’ll schedule a short introductory call to discuss your situation and answer questions.

3. Review your books
To determine scope and pricing, I may request accountant access to your QuickBooks Online account to review transaction volume, account structure, and the condition of the books.

Accountant access allows me to review your books without making any changes to your data or permissions.

4. Receive a tailored proposal
After the review, I’ll provide a proposal outlining recommended services and pricing based on the scope of work.
